Dear Reader,

Around this time when one year comes to an end and another starts, it is usual to review what has been done over the previous 365 days in order to drive improvements and set new goals for the coming year.

Thus even though it only seems like yesterday that here at ROVASI we sat down to map out our future course of action and specify the targets we wanted to reach in 2009, it is now time to look back at what the last year has brought us.

And there is no doubt that we have easily achieved our objectives in 2009, two of the most important of which we are sharing with you in this newsletter. They are our certifications under ISO 14.001:2004, which ensures that ROVASI has an effective environmental management system in place, and ISO 9001:2008, which confirms that our company complies with a total quality continuous improvement management system.

All that remains is to set our goals for 2010, which will undoubtedly be as ambitious and successful as those we have achieved up to the present. We trust that we will be able to count on your support as we have done so far, and we also hope that all of your wishes for the year that is just beginning will come true. Happy 2010!

As we have pointed out in a number of our newsletters, here at ROVASI we are extremely environmentally conscious. So over the last year we have been working hard to achieve ISO 14.001:2004 certification, which ensures that we have an effective environmental management system in place.

In this respect we are pleased to be able to tell you that after an inspection of our management system last November, BSI awarded ROVASI this certification which confirms that we achieve a balance between company profitability and reducing our environmental impact.

In this area ROVASI is using a management programme to implement continuous improvement processes. We are conscientiously working to leave a good environmental legacy for future generations.

Ever since ROVASI was founded we have always sought to stand out for our excellence in customer care, good service and fine quality. To that end back in April 1998 we achieved ISO 9001:1994 certification from the BSI group, which confirmed that ROVASI has a total quality continuous improvement management system in place.

We are proud to be able to announce that on 11 November 2009 we renewed our certification and were awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certificate.
