Renovation work on the walls of the old Medina of Salé forms part of a restoration and development programme for the space that began in 2019. The programme seeks to rejuvenate the city’s urban fabric and promote its historic and architectural heritage.

The team of lighting designers selected the VICTORIA and DISTRICT 100 luminaires from ROVASI to light this emblematic structure.

VICTORIA can be found along the entire length of the walls, highlighting and embellishing them at night while DISTRICT 100 have been placed between the merlons to give these features added depth and relevance.
